  • Do you have a minimum for emergency deliveries?

    For emergency deliveries, Tennessee Valley Ice Company requires a minimum delivery of 30 of our 20-pound bags. If you're in a pinch and need ice for your commercial ice machine, we would love to assist you!

  • How much ice do I need for my special event?

  • Do you take credit cards?

    Tennessee Valley Ice Company accepts all major credit cards. There is a 3.5% fee on all credit card charges. We can assist you with bagged ice and commercial ice machines!

  • What is included in the ice machine lease?

    The machine comes with free cleaning every year and free maintenance, parts, and labor. According to Total Food Service, the average commercial ice machine only lasts seven to eight years.
